NEWS IN BRIEF
  • Lynq secured 15 new institutional clients, including market makers, exchanges, and OTC desks such as Crypto.com, Wintermute among others.
  • Earlier adopters like Arca, B2C2, FalconX, and Galaxy, form the foundation of Lynq’s institutional ecosystem.
  • Lynq managed to get these institutional backers within just three weeks of going live on July 15, 2025.

Lynq, the real‑time, interest‑bearing settlement network for digital asset firms, has onboarded its first 15 institutional clients. This marks a critical milestone as it managed to get the big players on board in just three weeks since its launch on July 15, 2025.

The newly integrated firms include market makers, OTC desks, exchanges, and liquidity providers such as 1Konto, Archax, Crypto.com, DV Chain, FinchTrade, GCEX, GSR, JST Digital, Nonco, STS Digital & Wintermute, among first firms that will leverage Lynq.

Real‑time settlement embedded in treasury workflow

These early adopters like Arca, B2C2, FalconX, and Galaxy, began testing the network in mid‑July. Clients are integrating Lynq into core treasury workflows, leveraging its platform for real-time, interest-bearing settlements. According to CEO Jerald David, these institutions are helping define how institutional capital should move. “These institutions are not only driving volume, they’re driving the future of how capital should move—fast, secure, and interest-bearing,” David added.

Lynq is actively integrating with key service providers. Crypto.com and Fireblocks are set to deliver direct connectivity in August and September, allowing mutual clients to access Lynq via Fireblocks’ API or fund trades through Crypto.com directly.

“Integrating with Lynq lets our institutional clients fund trades faster and more efficiently, supporting a new era of connected, interest-bearing settlement,” said Travis McGhee, Managing Director, Global Head of Capital Markets at Crypto.com.

Regulatory & custodial safeguards

Developed collaboratively by Arca Labs, Tassat, and tZERO, with backing from Avalanche and U.S. Bank, Lynq offers a consortium-based settlement layer that emphasizes transparent proof of reserves, bankruptcy-remote custody, and capital efficiency. Its “interest‑in‑transit” model ensures assets earn yield even during settlement, an industry-first capability.
