Today, ConvoZen, the AI-powered conversational intelligence suite, announced a strategic partnership with the Al-Futtaim Technologies, bringing ConvoZen’s full suite of services to the GCC’s most critical markets. Through this partnership, Al-Futtaim Technologies will target high-volume contact centers in Retail, Automotive, Real Estate, BFSI  and Healthcare with AI-supported services such as Compliance Monitoring, Sales Optimization and Operational Efficiency. This marks the two companies’ first collaboration, aligning with the rapid pace of AI adoption in the MENA region, where enterprises are increasingly prioritizing innovation-led customer experience.

The partnership marks a significant milestone for Al-Futtaim Technologies as supports ConvoZen’s first expansion beyond India and into international markets, leveraging Al-Futtaim Technologies’ deep regional presence, enterprise relationships, and technology expertise to bring advanced CX intelligence capabilities to organizations across UAE, KSA and Qatar.

As part of the engagement, Al-Futtaim Technologies will lead sales, implementation, and regional market development for ConvoZen, enabling enterprises to deploy advanced conversational analytics, agent-assist intelligence, and AI-driven decision support across customer-facing operations.

ConvoZen already works with 3–4 customers in the region, supporting high-impact use cases such as intelligent agent assist, real-time conversational analytics, and automated quality monitoring to help drive agent performance at scale. With MENA emerging as an innovation-first market for AI-led CX, the collaboration with Al-Futtaim Technologies will further accelerate the adoption of data-driven, agent-centric solutions across enterprises in the region.
