The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the listing of ProShares Ultra XRP ETF on Monday on the NYSE Arca as per a filing. Institutional activity is ramping up for XRP, with multiple integrations on the table with other blockchains and financial companies.
“The NYSE Arca certifies its approval for listing and registration of the ProShares Ultra XRP ETF, a series of ProShares Trust, under the Exchange Act of 1934,“ read the official notice.
The approval comes at a time when multiple companies are seeking to debut their own offering on an XRP ETF on stock exchanges. There are anywhere from 9 to 12 XRP ETFs still pending official approval, as per multiple reports. ProShares Ultra XRP ETF was one of the ETFs on the list.
