ApeMars is the new memecoin on the block, stirring a curiosity among enthusiasts even before its launch. Created anonymously, the fancy ape-themed token is advertising itself for its an immersive story-telling experience — tracing the main character — Commander Ape’s journey to Mars.
This week, the pre-sale whitelist for this memecoin went live. The presale of the token is slated to go live in 11 days leading to January 6, 2026.
The pre-sale will mark the first stage of the token’s introduction to the market. At the time, the memecoin will be priced $0.00001699 — the official website reveals.
The listing of this memecoin will be the second stage — and here the token will be priced $0.0055 — over 32,260 percent higher than the presale price.
The memecoin ecosystem will be community powered, its website claims. This could insinuate that holders of the token will be given a say in its governance and distribution. A clarity in this context remains awaited from the project’s developers.
Explaining the storyline, the ApeMars page said — “This meme coin project compresses a symbolic 225-million-kilometer voyage into a 23-stage crypto presale, with each stage representing a key milestone in the mission.”
The stages of this memecoin will be slated for progress on a weekly basis and a new price level will be locked at each new stage.
“Built around structured storytelling, Mars-based symbolism, and clear progression, APEMARS blends the excitement of meme culture with the feel of an official space operation,” the project site claims.
During the presale, the ApeMars tokens could be purchased via BTC, ETH, BNB, Solana, USDT, Visa, and Mastercard.
More details on the project remain awaited. The token, meanwhile, is already being pitted against memecoin mammoths Dogecoin and Shiba Inu to intensify competition in the space.
