Swedish BTC treasury firm H100 has hired Marc Syz and Richard Byworth as advisors, as per updates on X.
The news marks the increase in one of Sweden’s first publicly traded BTC treasury firms in the region. Both hires have extensive experience in investment and digital assets and were appointed after H100 acquired Switzerland based BTC treasury firm, Future Holdings AG.
“Marc is a Swiss investment executive with 22+ years of experience across global finance and investing,” read the X post.
“He was Co-Founder, CEO, and Managing Partner of SYZ Capital, and a member of the Executive Leadership Team of the SYZ Group, overseeing CHF 26.5 billion in assets under management. In this role, he led private equity strategy and value creation, with a focus on majority investments in small and mid-sized companies,”
At the time of writing, H100 shares were trading at 1.38 Swedish kronor, priced at extreme lows after its all-time high of 16.45 Swedish kronor in 2025, according to investing.com.

Byworth was previously Managing Director at Nomura and he brings experience in BTC treasury management and digital assets. He also holds additional advisory roles at Jan3, Relai, and Connecting Excellence.
