Banking giant Citi has expanded its reach for its AI tools, which now reach over 80 countries. Its suite of proprietary tools has been rolled out to Israel, Mexico, the Philippines, and Switzerland as per an official news release by the company.
The report says Citi’s AI tools have reached 175,000 employees, and the expansion follows Citi’s tools being made available in Brazil, Japan, the Middle East, and South Africa.
Head of Technology and Business Enablement, Tim Ryan stated in the release that colleagues feedback has been instrumental in driving the implementation of AI and constant updates have been making Citi AI tools sharper, faster, and more intuitive.
The new technology allows for automation of routine tasks, streamlined workflows, and contextual search, which will help employees access dynamic insights.
