Kris Marszalek, the CEO of the Crypto.com exchange is taking a big step in the AI arena. Grabbing the opportunity to reach out to over a hundred million viewers of the National Football League’s Super Bowl, Marszalek debuted his new AI platform over the weekend — dubbed ai.com.
Essentially, the AI website will allow individuals to create their own personal AI assistants to process some everyday tasks. The 30-second ad displayed in the fourth quarter of the Super Bowl game simply invited people to create a handle on the ai.com website.
Explaining his vision with this platform Marszalek said, “every agent gets a fully functional pc, so instead of just chatting, it can now DO things for you — from simple things like managing your email, scheduling meetings to more complicated tasks like managing your business or managing your money.”
For the time being, the website has been launched in its Beta version. “Claim your handle, launch your ai,” it says.

The steps on the website will first have interested individuals sign-up through their mail IDs, then ask them to pick a handle name for their human version and their AI version. These names can be same or different, depending on the users’ wish.
The platform, in the third step, asks for card information. Here, the platform says it will not be charging anything for the signing up — but use the detail to verify that the engaging entity is indeed human.
Once these details are registered and the suggested usernames are verified, ai.com will show a message — “Success. Your handles are reserved. Demand is extremely high right now, so generation is queued. We’ll notify you the moment your ai is ready to activate.”

As per Marszalek, the platform is backed by “OpenClaw” — a software that uses AI to perform tasks on behalf of users and has gone viral on the Internet in these last few days.
A flurry of posts on X from people claimed that the ai.com website had crashed within minutes of its commercial having been aired — indicating that a mob of visitors rushed to the platform to explore the website.
Last week, Marszalek revealed that he had purchased the ai.com website name in April last year for $70 million. Media reports said this was the biggest ever website name deal ever.
At the time the Crypto.com chief said, “ai.com is on a mission to accelerate the arrival of AGI by building a decentralized network of autonomous, self-improving AI agents that perform real-world tasks for the good of humanity. Try it this Sunday and send me your feedback.”
