Multiple social media platforms of popular apps and websites, such as Canva, Amazon, Duolingo, and Snapchat, are experiencing disruption issues due to an outage of Amazon Web Services’ cloud infrastructure.

AWS personnel are now working to fix the issue after initial reports from users poured in about error rates around 8 am U.K. time.

OKX has said on X that its platform is running smoothly with no disruptions.

Coinbase also took to X, informing users that it is seeing early signs of recovery for its services and that its team is still working to fix the issue, keeping it as a top priority.

Tracking platform Downdetector has said to the BBC that it saw 4 million issues in the morning, which is significantly more than the usual 1.8 million reports it tracks per week.
