MovitOn secures $2 million to transform global logistics with Web3

MovitOn raises $2Mn to upgrade global logistics with Web3

MovitOn, a Dubai-based decentralized logistics platform, has secured $2 million in a community pre-sale round to strengthen its push into global shipping, the firm announced Wednesday.

The company said it will use Web3 technology, artificial intelligence, and peer-to-peer delivery networks to build a logistics model that it says can reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.

MovitOn said the funding round closed earlier in February and showed strong support from its community. It added that the fresh capital will help speed up development of its main products, including MovitBox smart IoT terminals, AI-powered compliance tools, and its planned mainnet launch later this year.

MovitOn combines AI and Blockchain to solve shipping challenges

MovitOn is trying to solve a common problem in international shipping. Sending packages abroad is often expensive, slow, and difficult. The company says it can address this by connecting users with travelers heading to the same destination. These travelers carry the packages, while blockchain smart contracts and artificial intelligence help keep the process safe and organized.

It also claims users can save up to 75 percent compared with traditional courier services. The platform may also support same-day delivery, even on weekends and public holidays.

Another important part of the project is MovitBox. The company says this tool can reduce the need for people to hand over packages in person. Instead, it uses AI scanners and smart contracts to make the transfer process safer and more secure.

MovitOn also has an AI compliance system. The company says this system can help users follow shipping rules, which often differ from one country to another and can change over time.

Erik Beken Tleubeck, founder of MovitOn, said global logistics has needed more care and attention for many years, and this change is now starting to happen. He added that the $2 million pre-sale supported MovitOn’s idea. That idea is to turn travelers into trusted couriers and help users send packages worldwide with fewer barriers.

He added: “Community support confirms the demand for a decentralized, AI-powered logistics solution that addresses the inefficiencies and restrictions inherent in traditional shipping services.”

MVON token supports payments

The company’s MVON token will play a key role in the ecosystem. MovitOn said the token will be used for payments across the platform, escrow transactions, and governance rights for token holders.

Its token model also includes quarterly burns, staking rewards, and loyalty features to support long-term growth.

After this pre-sale, MovitOn is planning to roll out its testnet in April. Then, they will roll out the beta version of their mobile app. After this, they will expand to the UAE, the rest of the MENA region, Asia, Europe, and CIS before entering other global markets.

Vadim Andryan, Co-Founder and Chief Architect at MovitOn, said traditional shipping services still face many problems, including high costs and slow delivery.

He added, “MovitOn resolves all primary challenges simultaneously. We are constructing an entire Web3 ecosystem that bridges Web2 users into the decentralized economy, while delivering tangible value through our real-world asset (RWA) transformation model.”
